The STAFF at the front desk were SUPER helpful, particularly Yvonne and Ei Theng. the rooftop pool offered amazing views and a place to chill. i found the location CONVENIENT, near restaurants and shopping. Taxis arrived FAST. the air conditioning was efficient.

The room was modern and well-designed. I appreciated the wide variety of lighting options available. The rooftop pool area was a HUGE bonus (I even got a tan!). The views of the city skyline are very nice.

The breakfast got a little repetitive after a few days.

I found the breakfast offered great variety, including delicious fresh pastries.. the automatic juice machine with fresh orange juice was a good touch. The metro station was a short walk away, very convenient for city exploration. I particularly enjoyed the nearby riverfront, a romantic spot for evening strolls. The hotel's filtered water tap in the room was also a plus.

The room I had did not perfectly match the description shown, and I was expecting a slightly different view.

the staff was friendly. four coffee machines at breakfast helped a lot since the breakfast area got quite busy. the rooftop pool was nice with many lounge chairs for resting.

i booked a top floor room. it was supposed to have a view, but there was no view at all. the mattress on the bed was so hard i needed painkillers.

The room was very clean (I really appreciated that). The drinking water feature in the bathroom was also a plus. I appreciated its location close to restaurants and public transport. I was able to check in early, greatly appreciated after a long flight.

The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were also awful, despite them offering both soft and firm options. There was not a lot of storage space in the room at all, and I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase. A lot of space in the room was wasted. I think it could have been used better.

I found the location to be great, very close to many restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight, especially after a hot day. My top floor room had views of Marina Bay Sands. The staff were efficient, polite and also very helpful.

The gym gets too hot. The fans did not do enough.
